This most popular single user configuration creates web page and email surveys with both desktop and online reports. Web page surveys can include any type of question from simple multiple choice and fill in the blank questions to selecting numeric values with sliders and highlighting parts of pictures. More sophisticated interview logic than other web survey packages ensures a better user experience and produces better data.
The Survey System offers a wide variety of survey appearance choices. You can use graphics, and media files to enhance the appearance. Page templates can make surveys resemble your own website.
Live survey reports show tables and charts of the results in real-time as the survey progresses.
The Survey System includes FTP file transfer to upload all necessary files to your Windows based web site, which we can provide, or you can use your own.

The Telephone Survey Sample Management Module imports lists of telephone numbers, presents them to your interviewers, manages callback appointments, and tracks the results of each call attempt. It can combine preexisting information, such as demographic data or purchasing patterns, with survey answers. The Survey System can allocate calls to specific members of your team (e.g. Spanish speakers), consider time zones, dial numbers, and allow potential interviewees to call in. The program produces reports such as call details, summary results by interviewer, number of telephone numbers still active, response and cooperation rates, and more.
You can add a second programmer for an extra $1000 and then a third programmer for only $500 more.
Interview stations are an economical way to set up phone bank operations. They require a minimal level of PC (Pentium and up) and can enter and edit data only. The Telephone Survey Sample Management Module will also allocate the calls and monitor the results if the PCs are networked.
An exciting addition is the Voice Capture Module. It records the answers to survey questions in respondents own voices for superior analysis and impressive presentations. It also lets you record complete interviews for quality control purposes. This module costs only $500 for the Professional Edition and $1000 for the Enterprise Edition.
